How to solve your problems in life ?

Life is all about problems and finding answers to it. So have this strategy without loosing your mind.

  1. Understanding the Major and sub problems.

Listing the Major and sub or other problems related to main problem is key point here ,without classifying identifying properly you won’t be able to answer urself.

Ex: If you want quit a bad habit first think when you start that, how , what causes u do that , what do u miss by this habit ect.

If u are poor at studies sit relax , think u u weak at specific subject or just one, if one think of other subjects u good at and how u study those, how much of time u spend / if u are bad at all there is something really wrong the way u do things , then turn to others who do a perfect job with their studies , observe how they study , how they allocate time , how they manage stress etc.

think If you identified many problems which caused due to your inability mange time because u are lazy , u fail work , family life , relationship, studies those are sub problems here.

so first u need to get out of your bed at a specific time that you first achievement of your day. Do some physical activities > hit Gym , do some exercise burn some calories . Alright your good now ,have to plan your first day , not year or monthly targets , if u did accomplish everything in the first day your all set be a new human a good mind set. now plan your week >month>3 months>6months >year

2) Identify 5soecific ways to solve your problem,

now u know what’s the real problem , now u r good to list solutions .

List all solutions and select major five which are 100% practical.

ex: there can be good and real quick ways to solve your problems but in reality u cannot work them due to financial status, family status etc.

3) Have a work plan

Find out which strategy works best for u and setup a specific plan . make sure to start small without u realistic workplan, When u wants to climb Everest u cannot do it at a stretch u need to have stop points and enjoy the view bit that how u reach the top.

4) Set standards

Once u setup workplan u need to measure how much u achieved for that need to setup standards ,

ex: U r burning specific amount of calories in a day to stay healthy that the stands for the day.

5) Be flexible and Renew

Always check how u level find easy and efficient ways to do your work .reinvent

6 ) Continue

Now all good , u have done all the hard work , no you have to continue the process and enjoy results ,

u plan do stuffs for few days and relax , u get bored and return to old habits , do let this happen to u ,

Make sure u do everything to achieve your dreams and Show who really wants to be not to anyone else but for urself . Cheers!
